Update materialized views documentation

After CALCITE-1731 and follow-up works such as CALCITE-1791, CALCITE-1795 and CALCITE-1797, we need to update the documentation to reflect clearly the coverage of the materialized view rewriting algorithm, as it is already larger than the rewriting coverage of the paper used for the baseline algorithm.
