Druid adapter: Push count(column) using Druid filtered aggregate

    Description

      We can make use of newly added filtered aggregate (ie org.apache.calcite.adapter.druid.DruidQuery.JsonFilteredAggregation) and push down Count(column) as

       Count(*) where column is not Null
