Increase coverage of unit tests for the Arrow adapter

Add more unit tests for arrow adapter.

for example 

• casts, including lossy casts
• complex filter condition
• complex SQL
• and more...

Note: Calcite's support for the arrow feather format is not complete, so before adding the testing process, we may need to implement new features first.
