telegram - Improve example project with chatbot example

Current camel-telegram-example project contains only simple usage of some Telegram API.
One of the main purposes of using camel-telegram component is to create chatbot application. Example project should be improved.

Example application could be based on unit-test "TelegramChatBotTest".
