Remove default key from camel-xmlsecurity XML Security Data Format and update the default encryption algorithm

For Camel 3.0.0, we should use the opportunity to get rid of the insecure default encryption key for the XML Security component. In addition, update the default encryption algorithm from 3DES to AES-256-GCM.
