Create camel-vertx-kafka component

It will be interesting to add a component that uses vertx kafka client as it supports async operations out of the box and most of the heavy lifting (e.g: implementation threads for consumer groups tasks) being done by the client, hence adding it as camel component shouldn't be a big task
