camel-kubernetes - Add configmap property placeholder function

    Description

      We should have a custom property function so you can refer to configmaps using {{ }} style, eg

      Something ala:

      kafka:cheese?brokers=configmap:mykafka/brokers

      This requires to query the config map from k8s so we need camel-kubernetes.
