camel-xmpp: logs are full of errors

The logs for the camel-xmpp components are full of errors that happen during test. I believe we need to look at them to remove the invalid stuff, speed up the tests and make them more reliable.

To reproduce: run mvn verify on camel-xmpp component and look for the logs on the target/camel-xmpp-test.log file.
