Camel CXF Endpoint creates incomplete WSDL

    Description

      The dynamically created WSDL for a cxf:cxfEndpoint declaration is malformed when using a complex type as parameter.

      Use attached test project to run mvn test with version 2.8.0 and 2.7.2, this should show the error.
