Add a printer prefix option on the camel-printer endpoint

As the windows printer has some prefix like "[Win32 Printer : Microsoft XPS Document Writer, Win32 Printer :\\nrbnrw0264\nrbco006]", it makes camel-printer impossible to look up the right printer without using prefix string.

We could resolve this issue by adding a PrinterPrefix option to the camel-printer endpoint.
