Avoid using deprecated AbstractJUnit38SpringContextTests but use junit 4 test class instead

We got a number of test classes in camel-spring that uses @deprecated class.

There may be other classes in the code base that uses that as well. Though I am not so sure. But I think I noticed some in the itests etc.
