Update to a released version of Google Guice

We currently depend on a snapshot dependency of Google Guice 1.1. This most likely won't be released before we want Camel 1.5 to go out so we need to create a release ourselves

I've put one together here: http://repo.open.iona.com/maven2/com/google/code/guice/guice/1.1.0-fuse/

Will update build shortly with this fix.
