Debian init script for 2.2.19 mostly broken on Debian 10 with systemd

    Description

      The debian package for 2.2.19 doesn't contain a unit file, it has (or installs) only a script for /etc/init..d/cassandra

      With systemd this script can only start the process; stoping and restarting the service doesn't work.
