Rewrite AbstractReplicationStrategy#calculateNaturalReplicas(Token searchToken, ClusterMetadata clusterMetadata) to use read placements

This method is a remnant of the previous implementation and it should be possible to make it non-abstract and replace the various subclasses' versions with a simple lookup into the current DataPlacement.
