[Analytics] NullPointerException when reading static column with null values

The analytics library fails to read static columns that has null values depending on the type. For example, this problem is exhibited in the Timestamp type, where the deserialized object is null, and the type will attempt to get the time from the field. When that occurs it triggers the NullPointerException.
