[Wish] Tooling: index gen. should log less verbose

currently almost every J2AdocUnit search is logged if result is empty or ambiguous, maybe we can improve on that and be less verbose

eg. do not try to find J2AdocUnit(s) in the global index if the namespace is other than 'org.apache.isis' ... also make a config option (or at least don't log this as an issue)
