[Perf] bulk resolve objects based on previous visit to page

With PageDomainObjectRenderer we could capture the bookmarks that were resolved in order to render a given domain object.  so next time around we could speed loading by pre-loading them.  This would be a "best effort" basis, and the validity of the cached "footprint" would age out over time, eg a day.
