Update quick start tutorials

Will need ensure that quickstart tutorials are up to date, and available for download by the users (or included in the release bundle)... Things to update:

• Replace JettyLauncher plugin refrences (with what? Maven? WTP?)
• Provide examples of using listeners
• Provide examples of using embeddables (or at the minimum document it elsewhere in the User Guide)
