DataContext should not return HOLLOW objects in response to ObjectIdQuery()

The fact that DataContext can return HOLLOW objects for the ObjectIdQuery complicates fault resolving and generally seems to be wrong. This seems to only happen with nested DataContexts.

Will be changing processing logic to avoid this.
