    Description

      This a follow-up to this issue on the PhoneGap CLI GitHub.
      Basically, after running cordova --verbose platform add android, I get downloading <url> and requesting <url> but then it stops and I only have a %userdir%\.cordova\lib\android\cordova\3.0.0rc1\cordova-android-3.0.0rc1-25bb215 directory.
