[Contacts][iOS] pickContact does not document that it can take "desiredFields" nor does the JS interface handle it

The js does not take this parameter as well, so it might be a cross-platform concern that it is only supported on iOS.

The code is there on iOS to take the desiredFields as an array as the first argument in arguments.
