Support .xcassets for icons and splashscreens in the CLI

    Description

      CB-8789 is implemented – and the CLI needs to support it now for the icons and splashscreens. It is tied to the cordova-ios 4.0 platform though, so the CLI needs to differentiate if the added platform is an older version.
