Properties with the updatability "whencheckedout" are not included in createDocument calls if the versioning state is "checkedout"

If createDocument is called with the versioning state "checkedout", properties with the updatability "whencheckedout" are filtered out by OpenCMIS. That should not happen. The created document is a PWC and the properties can be set.
