Handle type modifications gracefully in an OpenCMIS client session

When a server adds a property to an object type, then a client session that has loaded the type definition before the modification fails to load an object with the additional property. In this case, the OpenCMIS client should try to reload the type definition. Applications should also be able to proactively reload type definitions.
