Remove conversion methods for ExtendedProperties

Class ConfigurationConverter provides conversion methods to and from ExtendedProperties. This is class from Commons Collections which is no longer present in the newest versions. Actually, this is the only dependency to Commons Collections.

As this class is no longer supported by newer versions of Commons Collections, it makes sense to drop the corresponding conversion methods.
