    Description

      Currently the selectable years in the starttime and endtime of the reports are hardcoded (1.x: 2005-2015, 2.x: 2005-2018)

      The attached patch provides a solution for automatically growing the selectable years list.

      Difference to the current implementation: selection of future years is not possible. (currently 2017, 2018 are selectable)

      The patch is based on trunk.
