Try using a series of incorrect data in the integration tests

We need to trap any incorrect data being thrown at continuum coming from any interface. The best place to try this is the integration tests that we run from python. I accidentally used some bad POMs using the xmlrpc interface and in the web interface the projects seems to stay perpetually in the "Checking Out" state.
