data-management-cli-1.1-beta-4-app.jar will not import builds data

data-management-cli-1.1-beta-4-app.jar will not import build data exported from a configured 1.1-bata-3 system. The import attempts to delete BUILDDEFINITION records and fails because of foreign key constraints. The canned records in a pristene 1.1-beta-4 instance are not being deleted in the proper order. Apparently this is because of the new tables PROJECT_BUILDDEFINITION, PROJECTGROUP_BUILDDEFINITION, etc. and the new key constraints that come with them.
