Also send mail to committers of Ant projects

Currently notification mails are only send to committers of Maven projects using the information (email address) from the pom linked to the username of the commits from the SCM

The new feature would allow notification mails also to be send to committers of Ant projects by linking the username of the commits from the SCM to the username in Continuum and use that email address to send an email notification. Usernames between Continuum and the SCM would have to be synchronized for this to work.
