allow to specify JVM when releasing a project

The "release"-process is not realized as a "normal" build-definition. You cannot specify the "Build Environment". Continuum uses the same JVM that the servlet-container is using.
In frequent use-case it is required to choose a certain JVM for properly releasing the project.
