"Project name already exist" when creating a new project

    Description

I'm creating a new project. Sometimes it doesn't get created (no message, I'm just getting a project group, that is different from the selected). But often, after creating a new project, I get the error "Project name already exist", even if it didn't exist, but the project is created. It looks like project creation routing is being called twice (I didn't doubleclik the "Add" button). It happens with each new project, so I just go to the project list, and it's there.

Can you clarify whether this happens when you add a project, or a project group?

What url are you on when you click the 'Add' button?

And what url are you on when you click 'Add'? I've never seen this happen, I need the exact steps to try to reproduce it.

If you're familiar with Selenium IDE in Firefox, recording a test and attaching it here would be great, otherwise just explain the steps.

            Thanks!

I think this issue may be related with CONTINUUM-2083.

I see this when adding a shell project. Cezariusz, is that what you're doing?

Closing as duplicate of CONTINUUM-2083. This one is older, but the other has a better description.

No, I'm adding an ANT project, but earlier I've done some changes to build environments (I've removed all the default build definitions, and created my own). Do you want a copy of my database?

No need, I think we've got enough info on CONTINUUM-2083 – I see it for both ant and shell projects and will be adding some Selenium tests.
