Dead link to data-management-cli-1.2-app.jar in upgrade documentation

On the upgrade guide page (http://continuum.apache.org/docs/1.2.2/installation/upgrade.html), there are download links for the data management application hosted on the central Maven2 repository.

However, following the link to data-management-cli-1.2-app.jar restuls in a 404 error.
