Make it clearer in the documentation how Local Repositories need to be configured in Distributed Builds

From the logs in the build agent, you will see a -Dmaven.repo.local build parameter (when a build is executed in the build agent) whose value is the local repository of the master. I think this needs to be clarified when configuring distributed builds.
