Remove untested platforms from installation docs

    Description

      As discussed on the dev list, remove the platforms we aren't testing from the official installation docs.

      These can live on the wiki where the community can keep them updated and make changes after a release.

      The official docs can't be changed after a release and should only include things we are testing and supporting.
