Unable to add a shell project to a different project group if it is already added on another group.

Unable to add a shell project if to another project group if it already exists in another project group.

1. Add a shell project to a group.
2. Create another project group.
3. Add a shell project to the newly create project group.
4. Use the information ( name, desc, version, scm ).
5. Shell project won't be created.
