testAddMavenTwoProjectSetInSingleDirectory fails intermittently

it seems to sometimes fall over on the first check after the for loop (in which case, the build just may not have finished yet), and sometimes on the tearDown afterwards (unable to delete build definition due to foreign key constraint)
