Mail notifier should be able to handle git commit authors

    Description

      If the latest commits are from git, mail notifier will show these warning messages while trying to send notification to the latest committers:

      2011-08-17 02:43:18,114 [qtp1864729679-151] WARN  org.apache.maven.continuum.notification.mail.MailContinuumNotifier  - no email address is defined in developers list for 'Maria Catherine Tan <ctan@apache.org>' scm id.
