Collation not in official documentation

The information at https://wiki.apache.org/couchdb/View_collation does not appear to be in the official documentation.

Once it is, it would be great to link to it (e.g. `See also the [[http://docs.couchdb.org/en/latest/CURRENTLY_MISSING.html|official documentation]] for this topic.`) atop the original wiki page.
