fix Options for cleartk-2.0 release

cleartk 2.0 seems to be deprecating the Options_ImplBase helper class that several of our classes use. Since there is a simple fix (calling the parse method of the CmdLineParser class), we can just fix it ahead of time and be ahead of the curve for when cleartk 2.0 is actually released.
