The ws-rm example should also be deployable in Tomcat

Currently the ws-rm demo server can only be run as a stand alone process, the example should also build a war file that can be deployed into tomcat and include the client-servlet Ant task so the demo behaves like the other demos that can already be deployed in Tomcat.
