      org.apache.cxf.osgi
      See osgiservlet.xml in rt/transports/http

      org.apache.cxf.workqueues
      See org.apache.cxf.bus.osgi.OSGiExtensionLocator and OSGiAutomaticWorkQueue
      The work queues have to be converted to the ManagedServiceFactory pattern before they can be described with the Metatype Service
