Address information should be added to error message if conduit is not found

Hi,

Error message if conduit is not found in SoapTransportFactory is not enough detailed, because transport id is the same for all SOAP based protocols (http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http). It makes understaning of error difficult if conduit is assigned with custom protocol prefix (for example udp).
Physical address should be added to error message.
Patch is attached.

TODO: check is this patch doesn't produce security hole.
