    Description

      apache-cxf-2.6.0.zip (downloaded from http://apache-mirror.telesys.org.ua/cxf/2.6.0/apache-cxf-2.6.0.zip) package doesn't contain org.springframework.web-3.0.7.RELEASE.jar
      This causes an issue when running CXF based Web Services within Eclipse:
      "SEVERE: Servlet /WorkdayNotification threw load() exception
      java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.web.context.WebApplicationContext"
