unparser: preserve/set bitPosition so unparse can be repeatedly called to unparse to a stream

see comments in Runtme.scala about setting the bit position.

"This will make it impossible to repeatedly call unparse so as to incrementally add unparsed data to the same data stream. That's something we do want eventually."
