Description
I revisited test_simple_type_properties_text_number_13_01 because some tests should work now that advanced text number properties have been implemented. However, I get this error:

Location line 65 column 41 in file:/home/jchab/NGF/dfdl/daffodil-test-ibm1/target/scala-2.9.2/debug-classes/test-suite/ibm-contributed/dpanum_properties.dfdl.xsd.
to run the test:
