Fix broken and bad/inaccurate links in the Derby FAQ

    Description

      The Derby FAQ at http://db.apache.org/derby/faq.html contains several variations of bad links. These should be fixed.
      Examples:

      • broken links (target no longer exist, very few of this)
      • incomplete links causing redirects
      • broken anchors
      • misc

      Using http://validator.w3.org/checklink will give a list of potential issues to fix.
