Update integrate/misc.html on the web site to update the SQuirreL SQL client info

To use Derby with SQuirreL SQL Client 2.0rc1 a new squirrel-sql.jar file is required.
This task is to update the misc.html page under the Integration tab to include this information.

A patch for misc.html is attached for this.
