Precise correct DirectMemory usage and fix typo in documentation

In the usage documentation, release of the cache service is not documented.
It should be documented as it represents a lot of resources.
Also, regarding the put operation, it is said that if null is returned, then the object is stored in the cache which is the exact opposite of the code
