Add our own NTLM protocol implementation

We can use SASL NTLM mechanism, but this is only possible with an external library, which license is not ASL 2.0 compatible, forcing the users to download this lib.

We should be able to implement the protocol to get rid of this external library.

We may have to double check the legal aspect too...
