init script return 0 regardless of apacheds state

the return code issued by /etc/init.d/apacheds-2.0.0-M17-default status is always 0 , even if the service is not running. In which case a status of 3 would be dictated by LSB. In practical terms, this is an annoyance when attempting to provision with saltstack.
